How to Order
Postage and Delivery:-
Maps, Prints and Books - Dispatches are sent by Royal Mail. If you would prefer to use another courier, we will be happy to organise this for you. The cost is added depending on the size and weight of the order. If you are interested in an item and would like to know more about postage (and insurance if applicable) then please visit Price Finder , or simply email us for a quote.

After The Order:-
Orders are normally sent within 2 days of clearance of payment. We will send you an email when the order is dispatched informing you about the shipping method.
If you requested shipment by FedEx, then we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of the shipment through their web site. We will be pleased to assist in chasing the progress of your order if needed. Please contact us when enquiring about order status.
If you wish to return the order, we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee. Our guarantee period starts from when you receive the goods. You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by contacting us via email or telephone on 0151-336-2023 (UK) or +44-151-336-2023 (International) quoting the order number. We will provide confirmation by email that your order has been cancelled.
Goods must be returned in the original condition and in the original or equivalent packing. The purchaser will pay for insurance and postage costs incurred from returning the goods. When we receive the goods, the purchaser will be reimbursed with the value of the original transaction. We will not accept any goods returned damaged.
